1. URC VIETNAM FACTORY

Factory project of UNIVERSAL ROBINA Company (URC Vietnam) is located at Road No. 6, VSIP 1, Binh Duong. The project with the investor is URC Vietnam (Philippines) – a producer of drinking water products, C2, Cream-O, ..

The highlight that QSB STEEL has created outstanding value in this project is its fast progress response time of 4.5 months with a total volume of large steel structures, scale: 10,000m².

2.  HEALTHCARE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FACTORY (UHC)

Location: Lot 1, N3 Road, High-Tech Park, Long Thanh My, District 9, HCMC

Area: 10,000 m2, construction time 6 months

With UHC, QSB STEEL is the general contractor for concrete and steel for the items including factories, offices, internal roads, underground water tanks, water treatment tanks, mezzanine floors, …

This is considered one of the modern medical equipment factories – the first unit in Vietnam to produce Stent device – Stent is a mesh tube, used to treat narrow arteries, put stent in blocked artery sites to improve blood circulation as well as prevent artery rupture.

3. CS WIND FACTORY

Location: Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Tan Thanh, Ba Ria Vung Tau

QSB STEEL Construction of concrete, fabrication and erection of steel structures with scale: 5,000m² in 2014. Construction period is 90 days.

CS WIND is a wind tower factory with electricity – the leading unit in the world producing electric wind towers.

4. ĐÈO CẢ CHARGING STATION

Project on investment and construction of a road tunnel through DEO CA, National Highway 1, Phu Yen Province and Khanh Hoa Province in the form of BOT and BT

Location: National Highway 1A – Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa provinces

Investor: Deo Ca Investment Joint Stock Company

Location: Dong Hoa district, Phu Yen province with the Volume of steel: 700 tons.

Difference in design, professional in erection. The design of the Deo Ca toll booth was awarded the first prize in the National Architecture Awards 2018, the public architecture category. Before embarking on the construction planning, Deo Ca Joint Stock Company launched an overall architectural design contest for the project. Through the selection process, in the end, the architectural plan of Atelier Dubosc et Associés (France) is highly appreciated by experts and decided to choose it as a construction plan.

The project implemented by QSB STEEL team has affirmed the position and strength of the QSB brand in the steel structure market.
