Production Equipment

• CNC punching machine: After cutting, the punching machine is used to drill or punch holes on the required cut plates with different hole shapes: round, square, elliptical, oval.
• Automatic cutting machine: Steel is cut by CNC automatic cutting machine, which can be cut according to the design of any required shape and size. Extremely hot cutting temperature, capable of cutting steel sheets with a thickness of up to 80mm.
• Gate Welding Machine: Gate welding machine The steel structure after assembly is transferred to the original pin welding work of two steel plates by arc-shaped submersible welding. This process produces welds of good quality, high strength and absolute tightness.
• Crane system: The crane system is arranged reasonably, using enough capacity for the factory even in the period when the factory is operating at full capacity.
• Ball sprayers machine: Finished frames and subsequent welds are either mechanically cleaned or used ball injectors depending on the customer’s choice.
