Production Equipment

• CNC punching machine: After cutting, the CNC punching machine is used for drilling or punching holes in the cut steel plates according to specifications. It can create various hole shapes, including round, square, elliptical, and oval.
• Automatic cutting machine: Steel is cut using an automatic CNC cutting machine, capable of cutting any shape and size as per design requirements. With extreme heat cutting, it can handle steel plates up to 80mm thick.
• Gantry Welding Machine: After assembly, steel components are transferred to the gantry welding machine, which performs submerged arc welding on the root of two steel plates. This process ensures high-quality, high-strength, and seamless welds.
• Crane system: A well-structured crane system is strategically arranged to provide sufficient capacity for factory operations, even at maximum production levels.
• Shot blasting machine: After assembly, steel frames and welds are either mechanically cleaned or treated using a shot blasting machine, depending on customer preferences
