Following the success of previous journeys, this year’s Team Building 2026 series brought QSB Steel members to the sunny coastal city of Phan Thiet with the spirit of “Together We Grow.”

Vibrant Beach Team Building – Connecting Collective Strength

At exactly 08:00 AM, the Phan Thiet beach officially became hotter than ever with a special Team Building program. Donning the signature blue uniforms of QSB Steel, the teams stepped into exciting yet incredibly fun team challenges. True to the spirit of “Creating memorable moments together,” the continuous physical games required seamless coordination, mutual understanding, and a high level of teamwork. Every challenge overcome tightened bonds further, affirming the unshakable unity of the people at QSB Steel.

The trip has come to an end, but the echoes of a sunny Mũi Né, a vibrant NovaWorld, and especially the affectionate bonds among QSB Steel members will linger forever. The Team Building 2026 journey once again proves that: the greatest strength of QSB Steel lies in its people – a collective that is always united, dynamic, creative, and ready to conquer all new challenges in the future.
