Job Description

• Develop the market following the company’s strategic orientation: Establish and expand relationships with Investors, Design Consultants, Supervision Consultants, General Contractors, Industrial Park Management Boards, and customers.
• Handle all customer complaints and collaborate with relevant departments to provide solutions.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving issues that arise during bidding, pricing, and other contractual matters. Address any disputes or issues that arise during project execution. Act as the company’s representative to negotiate with investors and partners to resolve issues and prepare additional cost/budget estimates for ongoing projects.
• Ensure debt recovery as per contract terms for each project.
• Comply with company procedures and regulations (ISO, KPI, BSC, 5S, etc.).

Job Requirements

• Education: College degree or higher in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Language proficiency: Able to speak and write emails in English.
• Ability to review and verify the quantities of steel structures.
• Ability to estimate the cost of steel structures.
• Ability to read and understand steel structure drawings.
• Experience in steel structure sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Skills: Good communication with clients, time management (sales calls, client visits), negotiation skills (sales planning, marketing), and problem-solving (understanding customer needs, providing support).
• Attitude: Detail-oriented, honest, carefully, and with strong communication skills.
• Proactive in monitoring the market, bridging communication between the company and customers, passionate about market development, result-oriented, and able to handle high pressure.
