INSTALLATION OF QSB

Steel structure erection and erection process is the last step in the process of building pre-engineered steel buildings – “Design – Manufacturing – Erection”. In this step, all the components will be gathered at the factory to the site, the components are connected together through high strength bolt connection.

After the design and manufacturing phase at QSB factory is the erection phase at the project. Construction and erection can be divided into 5 stages: Positioning anchor bolts. Erection of trusses, roofing roofs, walls and finishing Acceptance and handover of works and put into use Maintenance – Warranty works During the erection process, there must be temporary bracing. Use roof purlins, wall purlins combined with working bracing cables to fix and link trusses together。

When completing the cover: regularly use chalk or string tension to locate or mark the landmark positions to weigh the sheets. When walking on the roof, you must put your foot on the lower wave (sound wave), if you step on the high wave, it will crush the tole zone, which can cause dents or punctures causing leaks. Do not walk up the bright tole sheets.

quality assurance

+ Erection of columns with purlins (if any) tie the columns together. Alignment column is finished neatly, then proceed to erect the truss.
+ Install the truss frame inside and then install the outside truss frame (according to the moving path of the crane – see attached construction organization drawing)
+ The erection must be started in the space with the wind bracing (column and roof bracing).

ENSURING SAFETY

+ Fix the two erection brackets in the wind-bracing position before mounting the adjacent bracket. This process is then progressed to the next frames.

+ In the erection process, there must be temporary bracing. Use roof purlins, wall purlins combined with working bracing cables to position and link trusses together.

+ Install tole after aligning truss frame, straight purlin, clean cleaning, complete paint scratches on truss and purlin.
