1. Anda Duc Tin Factory

Location: No. 6, Linh Trung 3 Industrial Park, An Tinh Commune, Trang Bang District, Tay Ninh Province.

Area: Workshop A: 4,413 m2; Workshop E: 1,175 m2; Workshop D: 1,950 m2

Construction time: Workshop A: 80 days, Workshop E: 59 days, Workshop D: 42 days.

Duc Tin Factory project with factory chain A D E was completed by QSB STEEL, fabricated and installed with a scale of 8000 m2. This is considered one of the beautiful factories in Tay Ninh province with standard steel frames in terms of quality, fast construction progress, appropriate design and economical cost.

2. DAT VINH TIEN Factory

Location: No. 06, Hoang Gia Commune, My Hanh Nam Industrial Park, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province.

Steel volume 177 tons, completed in 125 days.

Dat Vinh Tien Factory project is designed and fabricated by QSB STEEL with a steel volume of 177 tons. This is one of the factories with quality steel structure according to American standards, ISO 9001: 2015, with beautiful design of Long An province.

3. THIEN PHU SI Factory

Location: Duc Hoa 3 Industrial Park, Long An Province.
Thien Phu Si steel structure factory with a large scale Total area: 21,000 m2, completed for 120 days.

Factory project Thien Phu Si was constructed by QSB STEEL in the second quarter of 2019. This is a factory project with a total area of ​​21,000 m2.

With Thien Phu Si – customers can admire a finished product factory with beautiful design, economic superiority in the industrial province – Long An.

4. Best Warehouse 

Project 12A – Best Warehouse with a total area of ​​25,000 m2 for steel structure items factory and Mazzanine floor.

The highlight that QSB STEEL has created outstanding value in this project is its fast 77-day fast construction time with the total volume of large-scale steel structures.

5. Nikki Factory

The NIKKI Vietnam Factory project is a project of high aesthetics when the investor chooses paint colors to identify the brand. In addition to the quality of steel structures, the selection of paints, paint colors, and pre-acceptance test of steel structure paint are prioritized by the investor’s request.

7. Blue Exchange garment factory

8.  02 Tekcom Office house

Location: Expanded Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Xa Nghia Commune, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province

Volume of steel: 44 tons completed in 120 days.

Office Building – Factory 02 TEKCOM project led by QSB STEEL is the main contractor for all items: design, construction of concrete, steel structure. The beautifully designed, 3000 m2 Tekcom office building is a prefabricated steel building application in today’s construction thanks to its flexibility and cost savings.

9. Office house 310 Le Quang Dinh

Location: 310 Le Quang Dinh, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
