ACC Chemical Joint Stock Company (ACC) is a business specializing in the fields of food, healthcare, medicinal herbs, and cosmetics. With diverse business units, the company has expanded its network across Vietnam. To meet the production needs, ACC has constructed a warehouse facility for business purposes.
QSB Steel has earned the trust of the customer to become the construction contractor for ACC Warehouse Project No. 1.
Project Features:
Construction of structural elements: Pre-cast concrete columns measuring 13 meters in height, combined with steel roof trusses spanning 32m (Warehouse 1) and 56m (Warehouse 2) respectively.
Furthermore, due to the large scale of the ACC Warehouse Project, stringent requirements for the fire protection system acceptance testing (PCCC) are imposed. Therefore, the warehouse steel trusses are coated with a fire-resistant hollow protection system using a vermiculite gypsum mixture to ensure a fire resistance rating of 45 minutes – R45, in accordance with the project’s design specifications, following QCVN 06:2021/BXD standards, and have been successfully PCCC tested by relevant authorities.
The construction and installation progress is carried out in the following sequence: Warehouse 2 -> Warehouse 1 -> Office Building -> Auxiliary Items.
The project includes the following auxiliary items:
Canopy construction for the dock area.
Staircase leading to Warehouse 1, steel frame, and handrails coated with PolyUrethane (PU) paint system to provide long-term outdoor steel protection.
Galvanized ladder for rooftop access.
Currently, the project is in the final phase of completing the auxiliary items. The warehouse will be put into use immediately upon completion.
