The area of the workshops is 6,000m2 with a roof structure weighing more than 66 tons.

The components will be processed and finished with Alkyd-Benzo layer – a type of paint with the ability to create a strong adhesion surface, with bright colors, long-lasting against weather and preventing metal corrosion. In addition, additional items include stainless steel gutters, roofing sheets covering an area of over 3541m2, white opaque roofing sheets covering over 193m2. The eye-catching feature is the orange-colored fascia board.

QSB Steel processes to achieve insulation standard for roofs with a minimum dry paint thickness of 200mcr. In particular, fire-resistant paint of 90 minutes for columns, beams, and trusses of the Shimizu brand. And the distinctive specifications for each workshop.
